These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Urban and the website;
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Urban app and associated technology;
The legal relationship between the client and the carrier is governed by the General Transport Conditions of KNV Taxi, unless deviated in these Terms;
The client’s own terms are not applicable;
“We” and “us” refer to the owner of Urban;
To use Urban services, you must agree to these Terms. If not, you cannot use the application.
Client: The person who books a ride via the Urban app and can identify themselves at pickup.
Urban: Services related to organizing and executing rides.
Fellow passenger(s): People traveling with the client.
Luggage: Items carried by passengers, including small pets.
Ride: Transportation service provided by Urban.
Agreement: Service agreement between client and Urban.
Vehicle: Taxi or passenger vehicle used.
Driver: Person operating the vehicle.
Urban Partner: Professional carrier assigned for rides.
Applies to all agreements via the app or website.
Booking and paying means acceptance of Terms.
Urban may update Terms without notice.
Urban is not part of legal relationship between client and carrier.
